Numerical errors, error analysis. Approximation theory, interpolation, extrapolation. Numerical integration. Numerical derivation, finite difference methods, the numerical solution of ordinary differential equations. The numerical methods of linear algebra: direct and iterative methods. The solution of nonlinear equations and systems of equations (Newton-type methods).
