Biome-BGCMuSo v6.0.3 source code [UNIX/Linux tar file; Makefile included]
PLEASE READ THIS FIRST: CHANGES FROM v6.0 TO v6.0.3
NOTE: A standard C compiler is needed to compile the source code. Though the code is organized in UNIX/Linux fashion (with Makefile), it can easily be ported to Windows, and compiled using e.g. Microsoft Visual Studio or other C compiler. Precompiled binary (exe file) for Windows can be downloaded using the link below. Under Linux the code can be compiled easily by issuing the 'make' command within the main directory where the (top level) Makefile is located.

Biome-BGCMuSo v6.0.3 executable for Windows [zip file]
IMPORTANT NOTE: Biome-BGCMuSo v6.0.3 was compiled under Cygwin, which means that it needs cygwin1.dll for the execution. The zip file contains the model itself and cygwin1.dll. Both files must be located in the same directory for execution. If Cygwin is installed in the User's PC, differences between Cygwin versions might cause problems.

Biome-BGCMuSo 5.0

Biome-BGCMuSo v5.0.1 source code [UNIX/Linux tar file; Makefile included]
NOTE: A standard C compiler is needed to compile the source code. Though the code is organized in UNIX/Linux fashion (with Makefile), it can easily be ported to Windows, and compiled using e.g. Microsoft Visual Studio or other C compiler. Precompiled binary (exe file) for Windows can be downloaded using the link below. Biome-BGCMuSo v5.0.1 executable for Windows [zip file]
IMPORTANT NOTE: Biome-BGCMuSo v5.0.1 was compiled under Cygwin, which means that it needs cygwin1.dll for the execution. The zip file contains the model itself and cygwin1.dll. Both files must be located in the same directory for execution. If Cygwin is installed in the User's PC, differences between Cygwin versions might cause problems.

Biome-BGCMuSo v5.0 sample input dataset for the HU-He2 site (Hegyhátsál grassland site) [zip file]. Prior to using the data copy the MuSo executable to the directory together with the cygwin1.dll file.

Biome-BGCMuSo 4.1

Biome-BGCMuSo v4.1 source code [UNIX tar file; WinZip, 7-Zip or WinRAR can handle it]
NOTE: A standard C compiler is needed to compile the source code. Though the code is organized in UNIX/Linux fashion (with Makefile), it can easily be ported to Windows, and compiled using e.g. Microsoft Visual Studio or other C compiler. The model was successfully compiled with Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express, and Cygwin. Precompiled binary (exe file) for Windows can be downloaded using the link below. Under Linux the code can be compiled easily by issuing the 'make' command within the main directory where the (top level) Makefile is located.
